Business Project Sprints

Give your next project a seat at the table.

The research you need. The document you keep putting off. The first draft that needs to become finished work.

OpenSeat AI completes defined research, writing, and business-document projects using AI-assisted workflows and human review.

One clear scope. A useful finished deliverable.

A practical place to start

Choose the work.
We’ll help define the finish.

A sprint is a specific project with an agreed endpoint. These examples show the size and shape of work we can discuss—not fixed packages or promised turnaround times.

01 / RESEARCH

Make a clearer comparison.

Compare a short list of business tools, suppliers, or publicly available options against the criteria that matter to you.

  • Example scope: up to five named options
  • Public-source research with dated links
  • Tradeoffs, gaps, and questions to verify

Example deliverable: a comparison matrix and a concise decision brief.

02 / WRITING

Turn rough notes into clear copy.

Give a business idea, offer, or internal message the structure it needs to make sense to its reader.

  • Example scope: one service overview
  • Drafting from your approved facts and notes
  • A consistent voice and a clear next step

Example deliverable: one finished document and an editable version.

03 / BUSINESS DOCUMENTS

Make a process easier to follow.

Organize a recurring business task into an understandable guide, checklist, or working document.

  • Example scope: one internal workflow
  • Steps, owners by role, and handoff points
  • Open questions separated from agreed facts

Example deliverable: a process guide with a practical checklist.

How it works

You bring the project.
We bring it into focus.

You don’t need to operate the AI tools. OpenSeat manages the workflow and reviews the work before delivery.

Scope, fee, timing, file format, and revision allowance are agreed before a project starts.

  1. Tell us what needs to get done.

Start with a phone conversation about the audience, business purpose, available material, and deadline.

  2. Agree on a manageable brief.

Define what is included, what is excluded, what you will supply, and what a completed deliverable looks like.

  3. Let us research, draft, and review.

We use AI to support the work, then review clarity, consistency, source support, and alignment with the brief. Uncertainty is flagged.

  4. Receive the work and a clear handoff.

Review the agreed files. Any included revisions follow the agreed scope; additional work is discussed before it begins.

Fictional demonstration · Not client work

From a rough request
to a useful working document.

This invented example illustrates the shape of a deliverable. It is not a customer story, a result claim, or a complete project.

Illustrative excerpt / Process guideFictional business: Juniper Workshop

The starting point

“Our small workshop has different people preparing each order. We need a simple packing handoff so the next person knows what is ready.”

Example brief: turn the owner’s approved packing notes into a one-page checklist for one type of order. No inventory software, safety certification, or operational rollout.

The working excerpt

  1. Confirm the order. Match the order reference and item list to the prepared items.
  2. Check completeness. Mark each item present. Keep incomplete orders separate and record what is missing.
  3. Record the handoff. Add the preparation date and the responsible role.
  4. Flag exceptions. Record damage or uncertainty for the owner to resolve before dispatch.

Open question: who authorizes exceptions? The final guide would use the customer’s confirmed answer.

Example handoff: editable checklist, a readable PDF, and a short list of unresolved questions. Actual project content and formats are agreed individually.

What you receive

Finished work.
With its context intact.

  • The deliverable described in your project brief
  • An agreed editable format where appropriate
  • Source links and research dates for sourced findings
  • Clearly marked assumptions and unresolved questions
  • A concise handoff explaining what is ready to use

What is a Business Project Sprint?

A bounded assignment to complete one agreed piece of research, writing, or business documentation. The brief sets the objective, inputs, deliverables, exclusions, schedule, fee, and revision allowance before work starts. A sprint is not an open-ended service subscription.

Who is this for?

Business owners and small teams with a specific piece of work to finish, such as comparing a short list of options, explaining a service, or documenting a repeatable task. Fit depends on the project and the information available.

How is this different from using an AI chatbot myself?

You bring the business need and approved source material. OpenSeat defines and runs the workflow, organizes the output, and reviews the finished work. You are purchasing an agreed deliverable, not access to an AI tool or a prompt library.

What does human review include?

Review checks the work against the brief, reads for clarity and internal consistency, and checks cited support for research findings where relevant. Assumptions and unresolved issues are identified. Human review reduces avoidable mistakes but does not guarantee accuracy or replace specialist advice.

What do I need to provide?

Your objective, intended audience, approved facts or existing notes, desired deadline, and any relevant constraints. We will identify missing inputs before agreeing the brief. Share only material you have the right to use.

Can you research current information?

For an agreed research project, we can use accessible sources and record links and research dates. Paywalled sources, private databases, interviews, and purchases are not included unless specifically agreed. Prices and other time-sensitive facts may change after delivery.

How much does a sprint cost?

There are no published package prices. The scope and fee are discussed and agreed before any work begins. This website does not take payments or create a purchase commitment.

How long will it take?

Timing depends on scope, available inputs, review needs, and capacity. We agree a schedule before starting; the word sprint does not promise a same-day or fixed-duration turnaround.

What file formats will I receive?

Formats are agreed in the brief. A writing project might include an editable document and PDF; a comparison project might include a table and short written brief. The examples on this page are illustrative rather than automatic inclusions.

Are revisions included?

The revision allowance and review period are agreed before work starts. Corrections and requested changes are considered against that agreement. A new audience, additional research, or expanded deliverable may require a revised scope.

Can I share confidential or personal information?

Please discuss data handling and the tools appropriate for the project before sharing anything sensitive. Do not send passwords, account access, regulated records, or other highly sensitive information in an initial inquiry. We do not promise that all projects or inputs are suitable for AI processing.

Will you access my accounts or contact anyone for me?

Account administration, publishing, outreach, customer communication, and ongoing business operations are not part of the initial sprint offer. This website only provides a phone contact route.

Do you offer onsite training or professional advice?

The initial offer is project delivery, not onsite training. It excludes legal, medical, tax, investment, and other regulated professional advice. Use qualified professionals for specialist decisions and review material before relying on it.

Is the example based on a real customer?

No. Juniper Workshop, its request, and the excerpt are fictional. They demonstrate a possible document structure and are not evidence of customers, past results, or guaranteed outcomes.

How do I get started?

Call 952-346-9000 with a short description of the project and the result you need. We will discuss fit and possible scope. If you leave a message, include a callback number and keep confidential details out of the recording.
